ADRENALINE JUNKY \ ADDICTION. Looking for that hit of excitement which needs filling. Feeling a come down from the high. Realising to keep running is to keep living and moving forward. When you stop things seem to avalanche down over you until you get up again and keep trying & keep pushing. The body is like an object that needs protecting, don’t protect it, let people abuse your energy and it will tell you in the most profound ways. Listen to yourself and your needs. Respect yourself and your values. Let those goofy quirks come out, they are the venerable parts that open up connection and throws out loneliness. I speak to my mind as if its separate to me, I ask it questions & it always has the answer. The frustration and pain that comes with finding out the answer is no joke. It brings me between ludicrous reality which make me cry and laugh at the same time because it’s so insanely real it hurts like f***. But it toughens the s**t out of you.
