Careing for ones self has many faces. If you give care & kindness to your mind in turn the mind will take care of ones physical self , for only then can the soul be at peace.

My black holes of moments in time were taking me back to this 4year old child within me who wanted to be taken care of. To not feel abandoned, to feel worth attention and love. I have only just realised today I don’t need this from anyone because I am able to start caring for my mind and love every part of it. By doing this I am able to love and nurture my physical self and feed it with love and care. I feel deserving of self care. Finally I can trust that I am capable of taking care of myself without learning on a crutch. My goal is to completely remove it and conquer independence.
