Everything in my life appeared to be perfect. I had everything I ever wanted. I didn’t know why my mental health was getting worse? I hit rock bottom earlier this year & finally made the decision to work it all out. I’ve done it and am doing it! I can finally meditate, relax & focus entirely on my work. A sense of happiness I found from SELF. Not dependent on other peoples happiness anymore. Independent happiness. working out and processing years of emotions. This piece expresses the confidence and new found balance in my life. A part of me wants to keep this piece to mark the milestone but a part of me also wants to share it, for it to find a new home were it will bring PEACE. HAPPINESS & BALANCE to someone else!
